GK Energy GmbH is an engineering company that plans, supplies, erects and commissiones complete industrial plants for the efficient utilization of organic wastes with simultaneous energy production and production of further economically interesting end products.
Within the framework of the development and promotion of renewable and alternative energies, we develop solutions for the treatment, utilization and disposal of all kinds of organic wastes from industrial and communal areas, agriculture and livestock as well as foodstuffs.
We offer turnkey plants from a single source. The entire process of consulting, planning, financing, manufacturing, delivery, assembly and commissioning is managed and supervised centrally by us.
Our services
1) Analysis oft the situation:
We analyze the waste situation on site and conduct consultations on efficient solutions.
2) Market research:
We permanently analyze the local market as well as the international markets for the effective marketing of possible end products of waste processing.
3) Technological concept:
Based on the analysis of the situation and the market, GK Energy GmbH and its partners are developing complete customer-specific technological solutions.
4) Laboratory tests:
We conduct investigations and analyzes of various organic waste in our own as well as partner laboratories.
5) Preengineering:
We create the technological concept and the basic layout for the processing plants, including a basic calculation for the necessary investment.
6) Engineering:
We designe and develop the final technological concept and layout of the processing plant and define the specification and costs.
7) Contracting:
We prepare the contract in cooperation with the costumer according to the local law and tax requirements.
8) Financing:
We work on behalf of the customer to develop financing concepts together with first-class european banks and investment insurance companies as "Hermes" and "Coface".

All equipment and components are delivered and insured in accordance with the local costums and tax regulations via european transport companies.
13) Installation and commissioning:
We carry out all functions and jobs during the assembly and production start with our own staff and supervise the specialist of the partners companies and suppliers.
14) Staff training:
We provide with our partners certified training courses for the operators of the plants and regularly offer further qualification courses.
15) After-sales-services:
We provide production support for the first weeks of operation with our own operators and long-term maintenance and supply of spare parts.
